The leaders responsible for the vision & direction of Davlav


Louis Payne
Louis joined Davlav in 2013 as a Sales Manager and was promoted to Sales Director in April 2019. After six successful years in that role at Davro Group, he stepped into the position of Managing Director following Steve Payne’s transition to Chairman. Louis is widely respected for his strong leadership, in-depth technical knowledge of our product range, and consistently positive attitude. Outside of work, he is an avid rugby player and golfer, and recently won the Dennis Hughes Memorial Trophy in June 2025.

Ian Cole
Joining Davro Group in March 2018 as Marketing Director, Ian headed up the marketing and branding team. Creating and delivering digital strategies and creative campaigns to ensure the Davro brand is forefront of minds of construction managers choosing welfare facilities. Ian then moved into the position of Commercial Director in August 2020 taking on more responsibilities within the organisation while still playing a key role in the creative direction.

Howard Borstel
Looking after and supporting both the Operations and Logistics & Service Delivery teams, Howard joined in 2023 as Health, Safety and Compliance Manager after working as a consultant for Davlav for many years. Howard is vital to our on-going growth, customer experience and general day to day operations of the organisation. With his experience, knowledge, and focus on growth, Howard will play a key role in strengthening collaboration and driving continuous improvements.

Dan Suttle
Having recently reached his 7 year anniversary with the company, Dan started with Davlav in September 2018 as a New Business Developer before rising through the ranks to become Sales Manager in 2022 and now leads the team as it grows in size and workload. Similar to Louis Payne, Dan is a keen Rugby Player (for Brentwood RFC) and Golf enthusiast, honing his putting skills throughout the summer on our on-site putting green.

Kelly Dear
Kelly head up the Accounts Team at Davro House as well as the day to day running of the office. Joining us in 2025 Kelly has been a key part of the organisations progression and is seen as key component to the growth of the company. Her attention to detail and care for her team has seen her become a much loved member of the team.

Oliver Glazebrook
Joining us at the tail end of 2024, Oliver has played a huge part in the digital progression at Davlav. With over 8 years of experience within the construction industry Oliver has a strong knowledge of what our customer bases needs helping us build our welfare requirements around our customers. Most recently he was involved in the creation of our new Davlav website which we launched in the Summer of 2025. Oliver is also the lead of all our digital activity including Live Chats, CRM, IT Support, Phone Systems as well as day to day Marketing activity.

Krisztina Schulde
Krisztina joined Davro Group Ltd in March 2024 with 17 years experience in people services including 13 years at a global restaurant chain. Speaking Hungarian and English, Krisztina has a level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management holding a Assoc CIPD.
