Drying Room Area: Efficient Workwear Management
The drying room section is designed to support the effective drying of wet equipment and clothing. The internal layout promotes airflow and comfort, ensuring reliable drying to combat all weather conditions.
A 2kW wall-mounted downflow heater provides consistent warmth, supporting efficient drying throughout the day. Slatted bench seating runs around the perimeter of the unit, with coat hooks to allow clothing to be hung neatly. PIR sensors help manage energy use while maintaining reliable operation.
Canteen Area: Practical Welfare Space
The canteen area offers a clean, functional space for breaks, refreshments, and daily welfare needs. A stainless-steel sink with a double base unit and worktop provides a durable preparation and washing area suitable for site use.
Electrical provisions include double socket outlets positioned above and below the worktop, with an additional double socket at low level for flexible appliance use. A 5‑litre water heater supplies hot water, while a 2kW wall‑mounted convector heater maintains a comfortable internal temperature during colder conditions. PIR lighting supports reduced energy consumption without compromising usability.
Durable Internal Construction
The interior of the unit is built to withstand the daily demands of busy site use. The structure is solid and well‑assembled, offering reliable performance and long‑term durability in tough working environments.
The internal build provides strength and stability throughout, helping the cabin hold up to regular use while remaining comfortable and practical. Double‑glazed windows allow natural light into the space and support thermal efficiency, improving overall usability during the working day.
Secure & Anti‑Vandal Construction
Designed for demanding site conditions, the unit includes a secure anti‑vandal steel door and shutters. The steel underdrawn base, combined with full insulation to the floor, walls, and ceiling, enhances both durability and thermal performance, helping the unit remain comfortable and reliable throughout.
Easy to Position on Site
The 20’ x 9’ layout allows the unit to be delivered and positioned easily, even on sites with limited available space. Its stackable design makes it well-suited to compact welfare areas, ensuring essential canteen and drying facilities can be provided without disrupting the overall site layout or workflow.
