SWO7600 Static Welfare Unit
The SWO7600 Standard static welfare unit provides comprehensive facilities for construction sites requiring fixed-location welfare provision. Accommodating up to 8 people comfortably, this four-room unit includes separate canteen, drying area, toilet facilities, and dedicated office space.
Ideal for long-term construction projects, infrastructure works, and sites where welfare facilities remain in one location throughout the project duration. The static design eliminates the need for towability, maximising internal space and structural robustness for extended deployment.
Equipped with a 6KVA generator and 200-litre fuel tank providing approximately 105 hours runtime between refills. This extended capacity reduces servicing frequency and ensures uninterrupted operation. The Fuel Active system optimises generator efficiency, minimising fuel consumption and emissions.
All facilities feature warm water supplied by on-board heating systems, microwave and kettle for meal preparation, and comprehensive LED lighting with PIR sensors for energy efficiency. HSE compliant with separate welfare, toilet, drying, and office areas meeting CDM 2015 requirements.
