Key Features

The SW6100 Solar Fusion is equipped with a full suite of practical features designed to deliver dependable, day‑to‑day comfort in a secure static welfare layout. Its solar‑assisted power setup, efficient heating systems, and durable materials support a carefully planned internal configuration that enables a clean, comfortable, and compliant welfare environment ideal for long‑term site use.

Fully Equipped Welfare Facilities

The canteen area provides comfortable bench seating for up to eight people, supported by a large stainless‑steel sink with warm water supplied through the onboard heating system. A microwave and kettle, fresh and waste water containers, and integrated towel and soap dispensers help ensure daily welfare needs are met. LED lighting, high‑level ventilation, and a 1000mm base unit with a 10L water heater contribute to a bright, practical environment. A consumer unit with RCD/MCB protection, a 230V socket, and a generator hour‑run meter supports safe electrical operation.

The toilet area includes a 280‑litre recirculating toilet, a ventilation pipe, a warm‑water forearm wash basin, LED lighting, and all the usual hygiene fixtures like a toilet roll holder, soap dispenser, and paper towel dispenser. It’s a straightforward, reliable space designed for everyday use.

Dedicated Drying Area

A separate drying room is included to help manage wet work equipment across changing weather conditions. Heated by an air‑blown heating system, the space maintains a consistent warm airflow that supports fast and effective drying. Ventilation, coat hooks, and LED lighting contribute to an organised and functional setup.

Reliable Power & Electrical Systems

The SW6100 Solar Fusion operates through a combination of solar power and a 6kVA silent diesel generator for backup. This reduces the generator’s active runtime and supports lower fuel usage, noise levels, and servicing requirements.

A 250‑litre diesel tank with filler neck and level gauge provides extended runtime when generator power is required. Additional electrical features include inverter‑powered sockets, USB connections, PIR‑activated LED lighting, and the Fusion control panel for efficient system management.

Safe and Secure Design

Constructed with steel‑profiled exterior wall and roof panels, the SW6100 Solar Fusion offers a durable anti‑vandal structure built for demanding site conditions. Steel personnel doors provide controlled access to each area, while the aluminium sliding window includes a steel security shutter. High‑level ventilation, a carbon monoxide monitor, and a smoke alarm are fitted as standard to support safe use.

Practical Internal Layout

The SW6100 Solar Fusion uses a clear layout that separates the canteen area, drying/warm room, toilet area, and generator compartment to help maintain a structured arrangement.

Durable Internal & External Construction

Inside, the unit features GRP‑lined walls with block insulation inserts for easy cleaning and thermal stability. The warm/generator room floor includes a 3 mm diamond durbar plate for enhanced grip. Externally, fixed low‑level lifting points and integrated fork pockets provide safe and efficient onsite handling.
