Efficient heating systems and durable materials support a carefully planned internal configuration, enabling a clean, comfortable, and compliant welfare environment that performs reliably over long-term hire periods.

Fully Equipped Welfare Facilities

The canteen area provides comfortable bench seating for up to eight people, supported by a large stainless‑steel sink with warm water supplied through the onboard heating system. A hard-wired microwave and kettle, fresh and waste water containers, along with integrated towel and soap dispensers, ensure day-to-day welfare needs are fully covered. LED lighting, high-level ventilation and a 1000mm base unit with a 10L water heater all contribute to a bright, practical, and reliable environment that performs consistently throughout the working day. An RCD/MCB‑protected consumer unit, a 230V socket and a generator hour‑run meter support safe and dependable electrical operation across the welfare space.

The dedicated toilet area features a 280‑litre recirculating toilet with a ventilation pipe, a warm‑water forearm wash basin fed by the onboard heating system, and essential hygiene fixtures including a toilet roll holder, soap dispenser, and paper towel dispenser. LED lighting and a well-ventilated layout ensure the space remains clean, compliant, and dependable for everyday use, providing a reliable facility that supports on-site welfare requirements.

Dedicated Drying Area

The SW6100 Fusion includes a separate drying room designed to support the management of PPE and workwear, keeping them in good condition through the ever-changing weather. Heated by the air-blown Webasto system, the space maintains a steady flow of warm air to support fast and effective drying. The area also brings ventilation, coat hooks, and LED lighting to create an organised area for workers.

Reliable Power & Electrical Systems

The unit is powered by a 6kVA silent diesel generator, engineered for low-noise operation with an integrated exhaust outlet and ventilation system. The 250-litre diesel tank, complete with a filler neck and level gauge, provides an approximate runtime of 120 hours, reducing downtime and improving efficiency on longer-term projects.

Safe and Secure Design

The SW6100 Fusion uses steel-profiled exterior panels across the walls and roof, providing a solid and practical external structure. Steel personnel doors offer controlled access to separate areas, and the aluminium sliding window includes a steel shutter. High-level ventilation helps maintain airflow throughout the internal spaces, and both carbon monoxide and smoke alarms are fitted as standard to support safe day-to-day operations.

Practical Internal Layout

The SW6100 Fusion uses a clear internal layout that separates welfare, toilet, office space, and drying/warm areas to help maintain a functional arrangement.

Durable Internal & External Construction

Inside, the unit features lining and insulation made from GRP panels and block insulation inserts, ensuring a smooth, easy-to-clean surface and helping to stabilise internal temperatures. The floor of the warm/generator room is covered with a 3 mm layer of plain diamond durbar plate for enhanced grip and durability in service zones. Outside, fixed low-level lifting points and fork pockets are integrated for safe handling and transportation on-site.
