SWO7600 Fusion (6KVA)

SWO7600 Fusion Static Welfare Unit (6kVA)
The SWO7600 Fusion is a stationary welfare unit built to deliver dependable, fixed-site facilities for long-term projects. It features a dedicated canteen, toilet, drying/warm room, and office area, arranged in a practical and organised layout that comfortably accommodates up to eight people, with the unit holding up to 12 when used to its full potential. Its static configuration optimises internal space, making it ideal for prolonged on-site use where a permanent welfare solution is needed.
The Fusion configuration introduces a more energy-efficient operating setup, using PIR-controlled LED lighting, inverter-powered options, and an integrated battery and charging arrangement to help reduce overall generator demand.
Warm water is supplied by the onboard heating system, with hard-wired appliances and fresh and waste water containers keeping the facilities ready for routine operation.
Power is provided by a 9.8kVA silent diesel generator paired with a Fuel Active diesel tank system (300 litres), supporting efficient running and straightforward monitoring of hours and servicing. The SWO7600 Fusion meets HSE and CDM welfare requirements when configured as specified, providing a compliant, fixed-location welfare solution with built-in efficiency measures.
The SWO7600 Fusion features a full range of welfare facilities, supporting up to eight people in a structured, fixed setup. It includes warm-water systems, hard-wired appliances, and clearly designated internal zones to ensure a practical and comfortable environment for long stays on site. Fusion-specific enhancements facilitate easier operation while preserving the familiar layout of the Standard model.
Fully Equipped Welfare Facilities
The canteen area provides comfortable bench seating for up to eight people, supported by a large stainless-steel sink with warm water supplied through the on-board heating system. Hard-wired appliances, including a microwave and kettle, along with fresh and waste water containers, and towel and soap dispensers, ensure the space is ready for meal preparation and daily use. LED lighting, high-level ventilation, and a 1000mm base unit with a 10L water heater help maintain a practical environment.
Inverter-powered options, a 230V socket, an RCD/MCB-protected consumer unit, and a generator hour-run meter support straightforward electrical operation.
Dedicated Drying Area
The SWO7600 Fusion includes a separate drying room designed to support the management of PPE and workwear, keeping them in good condition through the ever-changing weather. Heated by the air-blown Webasto system, the space maintains a steady flow of warm air to support fast and effective drying. The area also brings ventilation, coat hooks, and LED lighting to create an organised area for workers.
Reliable Power & Electrical Systems
Power is supplied by a 9.8kVA silent diesel generator, with LED lighting controlled by PIR sensors. A 300-litre diesel tank with a filler neck and level gauge, combined with the Fuel Active system, provides approximately 105 hours of runtime. Additional electrical features include a 130 Ah battery, a generator start battery, a 30 Amp charger, and a battery guard.
Office Area
A dedicated office space is included, featuring a sliding window with a steel shutter, LED lighting, and a 230 V socket to support routine administrative tasks. A notice and wipe-clean board is fitted as standard, with optional office furniture available where required.
Safe and Secure Design
The exterior of the unit is constructed with steel-profiled wall and roof panels, complemented by the steel personnel doors that provide access to the canteen, toilet, warm/generator, and office areas. An aluminium sliding window equipped with a steel shutter offers visibility when required and security when the unit is closed. High-level ventilation and the inclusion of carbon monoxide and smoke alarms support safe operation across the internal spaces.
Durable Internal & External Construction
Internally, the unit features GRP-lined and insulated panels with block insulation inserts, creating a surface that is easy to clean while helping maintain stable temperatures. Externally, fixed low-level lifting points and fork pockets allow for safe and controlled movement when positioning the unit on site.
Fusion Energy Features
The Fusion configuration incorporates energy-efficient electrical components such as LED lighting, inverter-powered sockets, and an onboard battery, charger, and battery-guard system to manage the unit’s electrical distribution.
These features enhance the system’s efficiency, ensuring steady performance during extended deployments without modifying the primary welfare facilities.
