Fully Equipped Welfare Facilities
The canteen area offers table and bench seating for up to 20 people, supported by a large stainless‑steel sink with warm water supplied by the onboard heating system. A hard-wired microwave and kettle, along with fresh and waste water containers, ensure daily welfare needs are fully catered for. LED lighting, high-level vents, and a 1000 mm base unit with a 10 L water heater provide a bright and practical space. Electrical safety is maintained through an RCD/MCB-protected consumer unit, 230V sockets, and a generator hour run meter, ensuring reliable day-to-day operation.
In addition to the main welfare space, this model includes a full 20ft canteen module providing expanded seating capacity and a larger dining environment. This section is fully integrated into the overall layout and increases the total seating provision to up to 20 people, offering a significantly enhanced communal area for larger site teams.
Toilet Area
The toilet area includes a 280-litre recirculating toilet, a ventilation pipe, a warm water forearm wash basin, LED lighting, and all the usual hygiene fixtures like a toilet roll holder, soap dispenser, and paper towel dispenser. It’s a straightforward, reliable space designed for everyday use.
Dedicated Drying Area
A separate drying room is included to help manage wet work equipment across changing weather conditions. Heated by an air-blown heating system, the space maintains a consistent warm airflow that supports fast and effective drying. The unit operates on a hybrid system combining roof-mounted solar power with a 10 kVA super-silent diesel generator. The generator includes exhaust ventilation, a 300-litre fuel tank with a level gauge, and a runtime of approximately 120 hours, reducing downtime on long term projects. A 12 V generator start battery, LED lighting, and inverter-powered sockets support efficient and reliable electrical operation across all welfare areas.

Steel personnel doors provide controlled access to separate areas, and the aluminium sliding window includes a steel shutter for added security. High-level ventilation, along with carbon monoxide and smoke alarms, ensures a safe working environment throughout the day.
Office Area
The separate office space includes a sliding window with steel shutters, LED lighting, a 230V double socket, heating supplied by the air-blown Webasto system, and a notice/wipe-clean board. An office table and chair can be added as an option, providing a practical and private workspace for site management.

Durable Internal & External Construction
The interior is lined and insulated with GRP panels and block insulation inserts to reduce heat loss. The warm/generator room features a 3 mm diamond durbar plate floor for added grip and durability. Externally, the unit includes removable low-level lifting eyes and fixed fork pockets for safe and efficient handling on site.
