Solar-Powered Portable Toilet: What Makes the Solarlav Different?
Comfort and convenience are two factors that should be strongly considered when hiring a portable toilet. At Davlav, we understand the importance of providing reliable facilities that are able to meet the needs of a wide variety of sites.
Our Solarlav combines daily functionality with innovative solar-powered technology, featuring an automatic LED lighting system that adds that extra level of convenience throughout the year.
So what makes our Solarlav stand out?
Making the Most of Solar Power
One of the Solarlav’s key features is its integrated solar-powered lighting system.
A 3W solar panel fitted to the roof works alongside an internal battery to power the LED lighting, with no mains electricity connection required. This makes the Solarlav a great option for sites where access to electricity may be limited, putting solar technology to good use in everyday site facilities.
Automatic LED Lighting
The Solarlav features a motion-activated LED lighting system that automatically switches on when someone enters the portable toilet. The light remains on for approximately 90 seconds after activation, meaning that people using the facility do not need to turn the light on and off.
The system is designed to support up to 240 activations per day, making it applicable for sites where facilities are frequently used. The automatic lighting is extremely useful during periods of limited natural light, without requiring any manual adjustments from users.
Designed for Everyday Site Use
Along with the solar-powered lighting system, the Solarlav portable toilet includes a range of features that are designed for regular use on site. There is plenty of room for users, with a spacious interior. Additionally, built-in ventilation helps to maintain airflow throughout.
For construction sites requiring portable toilet facilities, the lighting system is waterproof and theft-resistant, so it’s suitable for all environments with various weather conditions. The Solarlav is the solution.
